Review: I received a bunch of flowers for Mother’s Day- purchased on Saturday (hand tied in water) £65
Flower contents –
5 roses, dead by Tuesday £22.50
makeup charge -30% of total price! £19.50
2 stallion xsanth £7
1/2 gyp- £7
3 large white gerbera £7.50
Minimal greenery.
I emailed pictures and was told by Sophie I could change the roses.

Customer service, snippy and attitude ridden, lady suggested I’d not given the flowers water (rubbish) I asked for a price break down and after a lot of working out was told it was spot on- and that I would not be offered a refund, (didn’t ask for one) as the bouquet was fine (worth mentioning if I’d not had them in water, all flowers would be dead…)
Be aware of average flowers, crazy pricing and poor customer service when trying to support small local businesses.
Marks and Spencer’s- 1/2 the price, equal in quality and very straight forward return policy.
A shame that I was left feeling like a nuisance rather than a mum treated to something special.
No surprise we Won’t be returning.
